The Fluke in Inverness, part of Mitchells & Butlers’ Oaktree Pubs group, is looking for a Chef to join its kitchen team.
This position would suit someone who enjoys preparing good pub food, working alongside colleagues and taking pride in the meals served to customers.
The Role
- Prepare ingredients and equipment before each service.
- Cook dishes from the pub’s established menu.
- Learn the menu and maintain consistent food preparation standards.
- Work alongside kitchen colleagues during busy service periods.
- Ensure food is prepared and presented to a high standard.
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen.
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
- Support the smooth running of daily kitchen operations.
- Help provide customers with an enjoyable dining experience.
Working Pattern
- Full time position.
- Flexible shifts to help accommodate personal commitments.
- Based at The Fluke in Inverness.
