Mackenzie Construction is looking for Civils Operatives to support major civil engineering projects across the North of Scotland.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced civil engineering operatives to join a well established contractor delivering infrastructure, drainage and groundworks projects for key framework clients.
The Role
Carry out civil engineering works safely and efficiently.
Undertake drainage, groundworks, infrastructure and concrete works.
Follow site instructions from the Team Leader, Site Agent or Site Manager.
Work to required quality standards and project specifications.
Comply with health and safety procedures, risk assessments and method statements.
Maintain high levels of productivity and good timekeeping.
Support the successful delivery of projects across the North of Scotland.
What We Are Looking For
Essential
- Proven experience working on civil engineering projects.
- A good understanding of health and safety regulations.
- The ability to recognise and deliver high quality workmanship.
- A valid CSCS Operatives Card.
- A full clean driving licence where required.
Not Essential
- Water industry experience.
- Plant operator certifications.
- Experience of temporary works.
