If you have a proven track record of delivering restaurant or retail new store acquisitions within London - whether in-house for an occupier or as a property agent or broker and bring a strong network of London contacts, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the end‑to‑end acquisition process for new restaurants within Greater London
- Identify, appraise, and secure new sites, negotiating beneficial terms and preparing robust business cases for executive approval
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, developers, local authorities, and other key stakeholders to uncover opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams (Construction, Finance, Legal, Operations, Estates Management) to ensure seamless project delivery
- Oversee planning applications, contractual negotiations, and handover to project managers
- Monitor competitor activity and apply market insights to inform site selection and strategy
- Contribute to the business strategy by championing adaptable, innovative solutions that work for our customers and communities

- Proven experience completing restaurant or retail new store acquisitions within Greater London - either in-house or as a property agent/broker
- A strong network of contacts within the London property market
- Broad knowledge of landlord and tenant, planning, property and contract law, procurement, finance, construction, and the acquisitions and development process
- Strategic thinker with a creative, adaptable approach - able to find innovative solutions and respond quickly to change
- Resilience and agility under pressure, with a focus on long‑term business growth
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to build trust and leverage relationships at all levels
