What You’ll Be Doing
This is where strategy meets execution. You’ll be at the heart of delivering McDonald’s most ambitious change programmes – from sustainability and digitisation to AI and automation.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Portfolio Governance & Reporting:Ensuring all Supply Chain programmes are aligned, on track, and delivering value.
- Programme Management & Delivery:Partnering with project owners to shape and deliver high-impact initiatives, and occasionally leading them yourself.
- Stakeholder Engagement:Acting as a connector across local and global teams, suppliers, and franchisees – ensuring alignment and momentum.
You’ll be part of the Strategy Realisation team, a dynamic internal consulting group focused on building a faster, smarter, and more sustainable supply chain.

You’re a strategic thinker with a passion for delivery. You thrive in complex environments, love solving problems, and bring people with you on the journey. You’ll have:
- Proven experience managing multiple programmes or projects, ideally in a portfolio or consulting environment.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- A self-starter mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity and driving clarity.
- Practical knowledge of project management methodologies (AgilePM, Prince2) and tools (Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with business change techniques (e.g., BPMN, SIPOC) and a bonus if you know Power BI or Excel macros.
