Salary and Location: Competitive bonus cash allowance, London (Hybrid working).

What you'll be doing:

  • As a Reward Consultant, you'll play a key role in shaping our total reward offering for the UK & Ireland.
  • You'll manage cyclical reward processes including salary reviews, bonus schemes and long‐term incentives while keeping us aligned with industry trends and legislation.
  • Leading on compensation processes and ensuring sound pay principles are developed and applied consistently.
  • Managing bonus schemes that incentivise and reward high performance effectively.
  • Designing and implementing benefits, wellbeing and recognition initiatives to enhance our Employee Value Proposition.
  • Providing insights and recommendations on pay trends, benefits uptake and pay gap reporting.
  • Supporting the Reward Lead and collaborating across the People Team to deliver a best‐in‐class reward strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in reward within a large complex organisation particularly across compensation frameworks ideally in the retail/hospitality sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present clear insights.
  • Knowledge of employee benefits, pensions and recognition schemes.
  • Confidence in managing multiple projects and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to influence and problem‐solve effectively.
