Overview
We\’re looking for a Hospitality Manager to lead the front‑of‑house experience across our three McDonald’s restaurants in Leeds and Bradford. As Hospitality Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our dining areas are welcoming, clean, and engaging for every guest, every time. Working directly with the franchisee, you’ll manage and develop our dining area teams, uphold the highest standards of service, and bring energy and warmth to our community‑focused initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate dining area teams across three busy McDonald’s restaurants.
- Maintain exceptional customer service and hospitality standards.
- Build strong relationships with customers and the local community.
- Coordinate and deliver in‑store community events.
- Work closely with the franchisee to drive engagement and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee front‑of‑house presentation, cleanliness, and team performance.
- Travel between restaurants as required.
- Support your overall wellbeing with counselling, mental health support, life management, medical guidance, and helpful resources.
Qualifications
- A people‑focused leader with a passion for great customer service.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Preferably one year of experience managing a team.
- Preferably two years of experience in QSR/hospitality/retail industry.
- A hands‑on approach and positive attitude.
- Experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service management.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
- Flexibility to work weekends and some evenings.
