Overview

You are looking for a Crew Member at McDonald\’s to provide exceptional customer service in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment. The role requires preparing food, serving at the till and maintaining a clean, welcoming restaurant.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare food and keep the kitchen and service areas clean.
  • Serve customers at the till with friendly, fast and accurate service.
  • Complete tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines and management direction.
  • Follow workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures.
  • Work as part of a supportive team and treat all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect.

Shift & Salary

  • Pay rates:
    • 16–17 years: £7.60
    • 18–20 years: £10.05
    • 21+ years: £12.26 (Premium Shift)
  • Overnight shifts (midnight–5:00 a.m.) earn extra pay.
  • Payment schedule: hourly employees are paid every 2–4 weeks; salaried employees monthly.

Qualifications & Requirements
