Responsibilities
- Run a profitable restaurant ensuring high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Work with leadership to set and achieve restaurant goals.
- Lead and develop a team of Department Managers, setting their goals and providing coaching.
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers.
Ideal candidates should have: Previous experience as a General Manager, preferably in high-volume locations, with a background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail. Must be 18 years or older.
