The Opportunity

Are you ready to lead strategic software deployment initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Software Deployment Consultant to join our high-energy Deployment & Testing team, part of the wider Technology function supporting both UK&I and global operations.

In this exciting role, you’ll oversee software asset management and configuration processes, lead a talented team, and collaborate across markets to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient software deployment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Strategic Leadership: Drive the vision and strategy for software deployment, aligning with business goals and industry best practices.
  • Team Management: Lead and support the Software Technical Analyst and Software Management Officer, fostering growth and excellence.
  • Software Asset Management: Oversee lifecycle planning, patch management, and data validation of software assets.
  • Configuration Management: Maintain accurate records in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
  • Compliance & Security: Partner with Cybersecurity to uphold standards and ensure a secure tech environment.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with franchisees, suppliers, and global tech teams to streamline operations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to boost team efficiency and effectiveness.
