Job Role
As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the face of your restaurant. Your responsibilities include engaging with customers, ensuring the smooth operation of customer areas, making children feel welcome, organizing special events, catering to customers\’ specific needs, maintaining cleanliness in the dining and toilet areas, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You will establish and maintain positive communication with customers and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
