As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the face of your restaurant, engaging with customers and ensuring smooth operations in customer areas. Responsibilities include making children feel welcome, handing out balloons, organising special events, attending to customers\’ specific needs, maintaining cleanliness standards in dining areas and toilets, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Establishing and maintaining positive communication with customers and keeping the manager informed about customer satisfaction are key parts of your role.
