The Principal Sustainability Specialist is a corporate sustainability resource supporting McDermott’s global operations, projects, and strategic initiatives across multiple regions and business lines. The role supports the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of McDermott’s sustainability, social performance, national content, and stakeholder engagement programs in alignment with corporate objectives, client commitments, applicable regulations, and international standards.
The position provides technical and strategic support to proposals, project execution teams, corporate functions, and operational leadership to ensure effective integration of sustainability and social performance requirements throughout project lifecycles.
