Job Description
Job Overview:
The Quality graduate role supports the QHSES group and works closely with their supervisor(s) to follow clearly defined goals and & objectives related to existing processes & procedures. The Quality graduate role allows for the development of new quality and personal related skills within the role and will be continuously improved as the role progresses over time. The Quality graduate will perform selected quality activities and will follow existing processes & procedures to support and manage key quality platforms and related activities.
Responsibilities
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Provide support to QHSES team to manage, monitor and report on key quality platforms and related activities.
- Complete all associated training assigned and support activities related to training completed.
- Assist in the supervision of the implementation of Quality activities being conducted by including stakeholders
- Assist in updating and managing key quality platforms, projects and initiatives with specific, measurable goals with defined timeline set.
Qualifications
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduating in 2025 with a degree in an engineering, business management but open for the right person
- Ideally some previous work experience gained through placements or internships
- Good computer MS Office processing skills.
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.
- Enthusiastic and willing the learn.
