London based (with occasional travel to West Sussex)

Are you a numbers whiz who has a passion for Historic buildings? Do you enjoy meeting new people and nurturing client relationships? If so, we’d love to meet you and talk more about this exciting role.

We’re MCD Heritage, a family-run main contractor with 30+ years of experience breathing new life into some of London’s most iconic museums, theatres, and listed buildings. We have an exciting new role for an experienced Estimator to work closely with our delivery team based in Central London.

What you’ll do:

• Estimate costs for exciting Heritage refurb projects up to 2.5mil
• Dive into drawings, site visits, and specifications
• Work with our awesome team of Project Managers and Quantity Surveyor’s
• Help restore stunning old buildings to their former glory

What you’ll bring:

• Solid estimating experience (Heritage buildings is a big plus)
• Experience with the latest industry standard Estimator software (ConQuest etc)
• Good with numbers, details & construction technology
• Confident reading drawings & working independently
• A passion for meeting new people and understanding their vision
