The Role

You’ll prepare and cook nutritious meals for large groups, working with a supportive Head Chef and kitchen team. No menu planning or ingredient sourcing required – just focus on delivering quality food.

  • Cooking and food preparation
  • Stock control and ordering
  • Cost management
  • Supporting junior team members

You’ll enjoy minimal late nights, regular Friday or Saturday evenings off (especially outside peak season), and limited Christmas working.

What You’ll Bring
