Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi-beverage supplier in the UK and is home to some of the most iconic and popular beers & soft drinks, including Carlsberg Danish Pilsner, 1664, Poretti and Brooklyn to ale favourites such as Hobgoblin and Wainwright. For soft drinks, Carlsberg Britvic’s brands include J2O, Robinsons, Tango and London Essence along with the licence rights to the Pepsi portfolio in the UK including Pepsi MAX, 7UP, Lipton Iced Tea and Rockstar Energy.
In this role as Customer Development Executive, you will help grow Carlsberg Britvic market share within your defined territory. Working as part of a successful team, you will drive sales of our fantastic portfolio of Beers, Ciders and Soft Drinks by maximising brand availability and visibility in Symbol and Independent stores.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Work with a Regional Sales Manager, selling our amazing Soft Drinks and Beers portfolio.
- Make face-to-face contact with Convenience (Symbol & Independent) retailers, establishing and retaining new business opportunities.
- Deliver a business plan for your territory focused on maximising sales opportunities.
- Partner with our customers by building outstanding relationships in convenience stores.
- Adopt a full category based selling approach to growing and developing every outlet.
- Create a winning territory business plan and take a business development approach in your territory.
- Use data and evidence-based retailer successes to drive best practice.
- Develop a growth mindset and adaptable approach to tackle challenges.

- Self-motivated & IT and Social Media literate.
- Strong and Resilient with the personal energy and will to act at pace.
- Participating as part of a team in a proactive manner.
- Full valid manual driving licence, eligibility to work in the UK and live within a 60-minute commute from the location of the role all essential.
WHAT WE OFFER
