Territory Manager – Pernod Ricard

Location: Southampton, Portsmouth, Reading & surrounding areas

Employment type: Contract (Full‑time, fixed term until end of December 2025, potential extension)

Salary: £27,000 per annum (pro rata) plus performance related bonus, company car and fuel card.

As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for visiting grocery stores in your territory to increase brand awareness and drive sales of the Pernod portfolio (Absolut, Havanna and Jameson). Your role involves building relationships with key decision makers in store, ensuring outstanding displays and utilising your sales and data skills to enhance product availability and visibility in store.

You should have experience in a similar role or a customer‑facing environment, and be confident using technology to input data from your visits into a tablet.

Requirements:

  • Full UK manual driving licence (no more than 6 points or previous bans).
  • Successful completion of a DVLA licence check.
  • Field based role involving regular daily travel; must be comfortable driving distances.
  • Manual handling/heavy lifting.
  • Occasional overnight stays may be required.
