National Field Manager
Territory Covers: Nationwide (Can be based anywhere in the UK but willing to travel)

We are looking for an experienced and driven National Field Manager to lead, develop and manage our Regional Management Team, ensuring delivery against both the client and McCurrach agenda.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Management
- Develop effective working relationships with Regional Managers and internal stakeholders.
- Partner with the Account Controller to support people processes and training initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with the S.O. Team to maximise reporting and thought leadership opportunities.
- Work closely with HR to support the Performance Edge framework and Learning & Development agenda.
- Develop and maintain relationships at all levels across the business.
Leadership & Performance
- Drive performance and improve key metrics across the BAT field team.
- Develop and implement a measurable Capability Roadmap for the Field Team.
- best practice across internal client teams.
- Monitor operational performance through regular reporting, audits and KPI reviews.
- Support field activity through:
- 3-in-a-car field visits
- Assisted Regional Manager audits
- Regular one-to-one meetings
- Lead monthly management meetings with Regional Managers.
- Continuously improve the Recruit, Train, Retain model and induction programmes.
- Embed a strong Learning & Development and feedback culture.
- Support Regional Managers with the HR agenda.
- Attend BAT Head Office and lead relevant market visits as required.
About You
You will have:
- Strong leadership and influencing skills.
- Proven project management experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- A proactive, results-focused approach.
- Strong performance management capability, ideally within a grocery or managed retail environment.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to link capability strategies to business performance.
- Experience creating and assessing training and sales capability programmes.
