Join McCurrach and represent one of the world's leading premium appliance brands. McCurrach is looking for a Retail Trainer to join our Electrolux team, representing AEG across the East of England. This is an exciting opportunity to combine training, sales support, relationship building and brand advocacy while working with one of the most recognised names in home appliances.
Working primarily within retail partner stores, you'll deliver engaging product training, help retail colleagues and kitchen designers confidently recommend AEG products, and support customers in understanding the benefits of AEG's premium cooking, cooling and laundry solutions. Through your training and influence, you'll help drive advocacy, recommendation rates and sales performance across your territory.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Build strong relationships with retail colleagues, kitchen designers, store managers and key stakeholders.
- Deliver both one-to-one and group training sessions.
- Support new product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Help retail teams confidently communicate the benefits of AEG products to customers.
- Gather valuable retailer and shopper insights.
- Identify opportunities within stores and monitor competitor activity.
- Ensure AEG products are presented to a high standard.
- Attend the Electrolux Head Office in Luton a few times per month to support training events, workshops and wider business initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
We're interested in people who enjoy building relationships, developing others and delivering great customer experiences. You may have experience in training, coaching, retail, field sales, product demonstrations or account management. Experience within domestic appliances, electrical retail, kitchen retail, FMCG or premium consumer brands would be beneficial, but just as important is the ability to communicate effectively, influence others and build confidence in products and solutions.
To succeed in this role, you'll be organised, self-motivated, commercially aware and comfortable managing your own territory. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the region are essential.
