Our McCurrach PepsiCo team is looking for an additional Regional Account Manager to help grow the Walkers and Quaker portfolios across the South of England. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a commercial, insight‑driven environment and enjoys building strong senior retail relationships.
What will you be doing?
This role is a key position within PepsiCo UK, responsible for driving growth across the Walkers Crisps and Quaker Cereals portfolio. You’ll manage and develop senior relationships within major UK grocery retailers, representing some of the nation’s most iconic brands. Operating across the South of England, you’ll identify opportunities, influence strategic decisions, and deliver sustainable sales performance. You can expect to spend approx 3 + days in the field, meeting with key contacts across your region.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own and grow relationships with senior retail stakeholders across major grocery accounts.
- Deliver annual sales & KPI targets for Walkers and Quaker.
- Identify and convert new commercial opportunities to grow category share and revenue.
- Build compelling, insight‑led presentations for internal and external audiences.
- Present confidently in one‑to‑one meetings and larger group settings.
- Analyse retailer and market data to uncover trends, risks, and data‑led sales opportunities.
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights for retailers and PepsiCo teams.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with category, marketing, supply chain, and field teams to create required toolkit and execute plans.
- Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
- Maintain accurate KPI forecasting, reporting, and account planning.
- Manage variable costs within budget.
- ADHOC Requirement to support nationally, attending team meetings, events & trade tours.
What experience are we looking for?
- Proven ability to build, nurture, and retain a strong network of senior retail contacts.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of identifying and delivering sales growth.
- Excellent presentation building skills, confident presenting one‑to‑one and to groups.
- Highly analytical; able to interpret complex data and spot data‑led sales opportunities.
- Skilled at creating and sharing actionable insights that influence retailer decisions.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
- Self‑motivated, organised and comfortable working autonomously across a large region.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the South of England.
