Employment Type: Permanent, Full time – 40 hours per week

Salary: £29,750 basic + 20% bonus

Overview: Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi‑beverage supplier in the UK, offering iconic beers and soft drinks such as Carlsberg Danish Pilsner, 1664, Poretti, Brooklyn, Hobgoblin, Wainwright, J2O, Robinsons, Tango, London Essence, and Pepsi flagship beverages. With six production facilities and 16 logistics depots, the brand maintains a strong national footprint. In this role, you will help grow Carlsberg Britvic market share within your defined territory. You will drive sales of our portfolio of beers, ciders and soft drinks by maximising brand availability and visibility in symbol and independent stores.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with our customers by building outstanding relationships in convenience stores, understand retailer’s needs, local consumers, and execute solutions.
  • Adopt a full category based selling approach to growing and developing every outlet for the benefit of both the retail outlet and Carlsberg Britvic.
  • Create a winning territory business plan and take a business development approach in your territory to grow sales and market share.
  • Use data and evidence‑based retailer successes to drive best practice in your territory, region and across the team.
  • Develop a growth mindset and adaptable approach that demonstrates an ability to offer alternative approaches to tackling challenges and winning over your stores.

  • You are eager to win, advocating our brands and putting consumers at the heart of what we do and sell.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills will be key to your success in this role.
  • You may have previous experience in Direct Sales/Convenience or FMCG.
  • Good administration, organisational and planning skills, commercial astuteness with great negotiation techniques.
  • Self‑motivated & IT and Social Media literate.
  • Strong and Resilient with the personal energy and will to act at pace.
  • Participating as part of a team in a proactive manner.
  • Full valid manual driving licence, eligibility to work in the UK and live within a 60‑minute commute from the location of the role all essential.

  • Full UK driving licence required (no more than 6 pts or previous bans), all offers subject to successful DVLA licence check.
