Customer Development Executive – McCurrach on behalf of Carlsberg Britvic
Location – Gloucester & Surrounding areas (Ideal postcode GL1)
Permanent, Full time – 40 hours per week
Salary £29,750 basic + 20% Bonus

What You’ll Do
- Working with a Regional Sales Manager, and selling our Soft Drinks and Beers portfolio, you will be responsible for making face-to-face contact with Convenience (Symbol & Independent) retailers, establishing and retaining new business opportunities, and delivering a business plan for your territory focused on maximising sales opportunities.
- Partner with our customers by building outstanding relationships in convenience stores, understanding retailer’s needs, their local consumers, and executing solutions.
- Adopt a full category based selling approach to growing and developing every outlet you work with for the benefit of both the retail outlet and Carlsberg Britvic.
- Create a winning territory business plan and take a business development approach in your territory to grow sales and market share.
- Use data and evidence-based retailer successes to drive best practice in your territory, region, and across the team.
- Develop a growth mindset and adaptable approach that demonstrates an ability to offer alternative approaches to tackling challenges and winning over your stores.

- Participating as part of a team in a proactive manner.
- Full valid manual driving licence, eligibility to work in the UK and live within a 60-minute commute from the location of the role all essential.
What We Offer
- A starting salary of £29,750, with a 20% quarterly bonus.
