Territory Manager - McCurrach on behalf of The Magnum Ice Cream Company
Location β West London & Surrounding areas
Permanent ,Full time β 40 hours per week
Salary range Β£27,500 basic, 10% Bonus, Lunch allowance & other benefits
About the role As a Territory Manager, you will manage a territory of mixed outlets, mainly managed convenience stores and supermarkets. At key times of the year, you will also visit forecourts, travel outlets, and independent convenience stores.
You will support summer and winter activation plans, including siting POS, preparing freezers, and ranging products. Your work will drive growth by improving product visibility and availability for consumers.
Building strong rapport and relationships with store contacts will be a key part of the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of your territory, targets, and KPIs
- Deliver professional and effective store visits
- Build strong relationships with key store decision-makers and add value in every visit
- Improve product availability and visibility in stores
- Increase brand awareness and engagement, ensuring agreed ranges and plans are maintained
- Act as the "eyes and ears" of TMICC by identifying opportunities, issues, and competitor activity
- Accurately record and report all required information
