Field-based (London-focused) with home working. Permanent, Full-Time. Salary up to £38k per annum plus a performance related bonus, company car & fuel card.
Are you looking for a new challenge? Join McCurrach and play a key role in delivering training and execution for Logitech — a global leader in gaming and productivity technology. This is a high-impact role combining in-store execution across key London retail locations with the creation of engaging training content and event delivery (may include occasional weekend working).
You will support the delivery of Logitech’s training strategy across the UK, working closely with the Account Manager, client stakeholders, and field team. You will support alignment between training, execution, and commercial goals and act as a key contact for training and event activity.
You will also be responsible for the following:
- Training & Delivery
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and group training sessions, both in-store and virtually.
- Coach retail teams and field colleagues to improve product knowledge and advocacy.
- Support consistent delivery of training across the field team.
- Retail Execution (London Focus)
- Drive high standards of execution across key London stores.
- Ensure strong product visibility, engagement, and brand presence.
- Share insights to inform future activity and improve performance.
- Content Creation
- Build clear, engaging training materials, including:
- One-pagers and quick reference guides.
- PowerPoint decks and structured learning content.
- Interactive and gamified tools.
- Short-form video content.
- Ensure content is aligned to product launches and campaign priorities.
Ideally, you will have experience delivering training in retail, tech, or FMCG environments, have strong capability in creating high-quality training content, be a strong communicator and presenter, have experience in supporting or delivering events, and have strong stakeholder, management, and collaboration skills.
