We’re recruiting an enthusiastic Territory Manager to represent The Budweiser Brewing Group across Swindon and Surrounding Areas. You’ll build strong relationships with key decision-makers in store, secure additional displays, increase distribution and drive sales and visibility for their well‑established product range.
This role is ideal for someone with field sales or direct selling experience who enjoys autonomy, building relationships and delivering results in a fast‑paced retail environment. As a Territory Manager, you’ll take ownership of your defined territory, working closely with the Regional Manager and supportive team to deliver against your agreed targets.
- Managing a territory and planning visits around store manager availability to maximise opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with store managers and key decision‑makers
- Executing merchandising activity in line with brand guidelines
- Actively selling to key contacts to maximise sales and visibility
- Using sales data to track performance and identify growth opportunities
Experience working in field sales or similar role
Excellent time management and territory planning ability
A full UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 points and no previous bans)
