We’re recruiting an enthusiastic Territory Manager to represent Carlsberg Britvic across Southend-on-Sea. You’ll build strong relationships with key decision-makers in store, secure additional displays, increase distribution and drive sales and visibility for their well-established product range. This role is ideal for someone with field sales or direct selling experience who enjoys autonomy, building relationships and delivering results in a fast-paced retail environment.

The Carlsberg Britvic Account and Team
Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi-beverage supplier in the UK and is home to some of the most iconic and popular beers & soft drinks. You’ll work with leading brands such as Carlsberg Danish Pilsner, Poretti, Robinsons and products from the Pepsi portfolio.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Territory Manager, you’ll take ownership of your defined territory, working closely with the Regional Manager and supportive team to deliver against your agreed targets. Your key responsibilities include:
- Managing a territory and planning visits around store manager availability to maximise opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with store managers and key decision-makers
- Negotiating additional displays and promotional activity
- Driving distribution, availability and visibility across the agreed product range
- Executing merchandising activity in line with brand guidelines
- Actively selling to key contacts to maximise sales and visibility
- Using sales data to track performance and identify growth opportunities
What We’re Looking For
We are ideally looking for a candidate who has the following skills and experience:
- Experience working in field sales or similar role
- Strong communication skills and confidence influencing stakeholders
- Excellent time management and territory planning ability
- Be self-motivated and results-driven
- A full UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 points and no previous bans)
Nice to Have:
- Merchandising or POS execution experience
- Direct selling skills
