We’re recruiting an enthusiastic Territory Manager to represent Magnum across West London & Surrounding areas. You’ll build strong relationships with key decision-makers in store, secure additional displays, increase distribution and drive sales and visibility for their well-established product range.
This role is ideal for someone with field sales or direct selling experience who enjoys autonomy, building relationships and delivering results in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Territory Manager, you’ll take ownership of your defined territory, working closely with the Regional Sales Manager and supportive team to deliver against your agreed targets:
- Managing a territory and planning visits around store manager availability to maximise opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with store managers and key decision-makers
- Executing merchandising activity in line with brand guidelines
- Actively selling to key contacts to maximise sales and visibility
- Using sales data to track performance and identify growth opportunities
Experience required:
- Working in field sales or similar role
- Excellent time management and territory planning ability
- A full UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 points and no previous bans)
- Experience working in retail
