Responsibilities
- Manage your territory and plan visits around store manager availability to maximise opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and key decision‑makers.
- Negotiate additional displays and promotional activity.
- Drive distribution, availability and visibility across the agreed product range.
- Execute merchandising activity in line with brand guidelines.
- Actively sell to key contacts to maximise sales and visibility.
- Use sales data to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience in field sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills and confidence influencing stakeholders.
- Stakeholder management experience.
- Excellent time management and territory planning ability.
- Self‑motivated and results‑driven.
- Full UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 points and no previous bans).

- Experience working in retail.
- Merchandising or POS execution experience.
