Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi‑beverage supplier in the UK and is home to some of the most iconic and popular beers and soft drinks. This role will help grow market share within your defined territory by maximizing brand availability and visibility in convenience stores.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with customers by building outstanding relationships in convenience stores, understanding retailer’s needs, their local consumers, and executing solutions.
- Adopt a full category‑based selling approach to growing and developing every outlet you work with for the benefit of both the retail outlet and Carlsberg Britvic.
- Create a winning territory business plan and take a business‑development approach in your territory to grow sales and market share.
- Use data and evidence‑based retailer successes to drive best practice in your territory, region, and across the team.
- Develop a growth mindset and adaptable approach that demonstrates an ability to offer alternative approaches to tackling challenges and winning over your stores.
