We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to oversee, manage, and optimise our regional audit operations. You will manage scheduling of the audits, maintain platforms, and support field auditors to ensure high-quality reporting. This role requires strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audit Execution & Quality Control
    • Carry out scheduled virtual audits.
    • Perform QA/QC checks on all incoming audit reports before distribution.
    • Review and verify rectification evidence submitted for denied audits.
    • Set up projects in relevant platforms before on-site visits.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management
    • Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders to drive fast rectification of audit failures.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate accurate audit dates and site schedules.
    • Provide daily support to on-site auditors regarding technical questions and admin processes.
    • Follow strict escalation protocols to guarantee service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Tracking, Reporting & Admin
    • Support with the administration and continuous upkeep of the platforms.
    • Monitor and maintain master schedules for both on-site auditors and timelines.
    • Compile weekly reports for direct client updates.
    • Provide regular updates to Team Leads and Leads weekly.
    • Deliver status updates for inclusion in monthly stakeholder reports.
    • Participate in bi-weekly sync meetings with global stakeholders.
  • Process Development & Training
    • Develop and refine internal audit processes, checklists, and documentation.
    • Create and maintain standardised procedures platform workflows.
    • Stay up-to-date with new and amended technical standards across all installation aspects.
    • Facilitate familiarisation sessions to onboard stakeholders to the audit process.
    • Drive knowledge upkeep and continuous training initiatives for the auditing team.

Essential Skills

  • Strong documentation skills with high attention to detail in QA/QC processes.
  • Ability to support management of complex schedules and track metrics across multiple platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of G-Suite / Microsoft Office software.

Desirable

  • Experience coordinating engineering, construction, security, RF quality audits.
  • Experience with construction and security platforms.
