We currently have Operating Centres across Northern Ireland and Ireland, with further plans for expansion. McCulla has over 300 employees working across our Transport, Warehousing, Customs and Green Bioenergy Operations.
We are looking to recruit Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Lisburn. This is a great opportunity to join a growing business with career opportunities.
Terms- Hourly rate (Mid shift £13.85 - £14.35 per hour)

Hours of Work: Mid Shift 2.00pm - 11.00pm, 5 shifts per week with 2 days off together. Overtime available.
The Role includes:
- Working as part of a team to meet deadlines that will require work inside a cold store, chill store & ambient store.
- Unloading and loading trailers.
- Receiving goods in.
- Using Handheld scanners.
- Operating a counterbalance forklift and Ride on power pallet truck to move stock.
- Picking orders and building pallets.
- Completing various records accurately.
- Loading and unloading groupage.
- In-date Counterbalance forklift license
- Ability to work within -20 degrees
- Flexible working hours attitude
- Ability to read and write in English
- Previous warehousing work and cross dock experience
- Ride on power pallet truck license
- Previous experience working with handheld scanners
- Previous experience working in a cold store
