We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of installation projects across the UK and Europe. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on-site, working closely with customers and contractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. You will play a key role in coordinating site activity, managing subcontractors, and building strong relationships with customers, while gaining exposure to all aspects of project delivery.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the delivery of installation projects across multiple sites
  • Manage day-to-day site activity to ensure work is completed on time and to specification
  • Coordinate schedules, deliveries, and subcontractor activity
  • Carry out site surveys and assessments
  • Assist with preparing quotes based on customer requirements
  • Build strong relationships with customers, contractors, and site teams
  • Ensure all installations meet quality standards and specifications
  • Monitor project progress and support margin performance
  • Resolve site queries quickly and professionally
  • Work closely with Customer Service and Project Administration to ensure smooth delivery
  • Support the selection, training, and coordination of installation teams
  • Ensure all health & safety standards and site compliance requirements are met
  • Other duties as required

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Additional education in project management, construction, engineering, or a related field is a plus
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to be on-site
  • Good communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to respond quickly to challenges
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in project management, construction, or site-based operations
  • Willingness to travel across Europe as required
