MCC has extensive experience in the manufacturing and delivery of high-quality semiconductor products, including an extensive marketing and sales network throughout the world: China, Americas, EMEA, APAC. We are looking for an Account Manager with at least 4 years experience in semiconductor sales.

Responsibilities

  • Work with MCC distribution partner and customers to achieve design wins and increase account penetration
  • Promote MCC as a strategic partner with assigned customers
  • Research and develop new customers and new business segments
  • Develop account strategy and execute business plan
  • Effectively handle customers' issues
  • Meet sales budget (booking/Billing)
  • Collect and summarize market intelligence information and provide feedback to the respective product team
  • Work in a team regionally or globally to achieve assigned tasks and objectives
  • Hold business review with customers and distribution channel

Qualifications and Desired Skills

  • Education background: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electronics or semiconductors
  • Experience (Must): At least 4 years of work experience in the semiconductor industry
  • Knowledge (Ideal): Familiar with the basic theoretical knowledge of semiconductor power devices (diodes, MOSFETs, etc.); familiar with the specific market applications, parameter characteristics, and customer applications of corresponding power device products
  • Abilities / Qualities: Proficient in using office software; Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing; Familiar with the seven major QC techniques, five quality tools, 8D report, 5Why and other quality tools; Proficient in project management skills and certified as PMP
  • Skills / Certifications: Proficient in project and personnel management, as well as interdepartmental coordination skills; Market and customer communication skills
