The Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales by establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Business Development: Develop and implement territory action plan using comprehensive data analysis and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field. Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualified calls to clients, manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories. Represent the company’s services, using consumer research as well as deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of customers. Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential customers. Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure that quotas are being met and company standards are being upheld.
- Client Relationship Management: Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedules to call on existing and potential customers. Possess in-depth service knowledge and be able to answer questions of possible concern from clients and handle objections.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other required documentation. Perform all other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate); bachelor’s degree in business administration and/or marketing required. Two or more years of sales experience within a similar industry, which can include customer service, project management, or related field to provide services that customers depend on preferred.
- Language Skills: Ability to read, analyse, and interpret common documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, management, and staff. Ability to effectively present information to management, staff, and customers. Ability to interact clearly and effectively, in both written and oral communication, with supervisor, customers, and staff.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet graphics, etc. This role requires an above-average knowledge of Microsoft Office, proficiency with sales management software and CRM.
- Other Qualifications: Valid driver’s license is required; must be able to travel 70-80% of the time; overnight stays may be necessary. Moving or relocation experience is preferred but not mandatory.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the individual is regularly required to stand, walk, bend, sit, use hands; frequently required to climb or balance, and occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl while quoting prospective clients. The individual may be exposed to extreme hot and/or cold temperatures during the quoting process. Specific vision abilities required for the duties of this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. They must be able to exchange accurate information with other individuals in the office and out in the field. The individual must be capable of transporting different parts and tools required to do the job.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
