Job Overview

Schwartz is currently looking for a full-time Field Support Merchandiser to cover Coventry, Warwick, Peterborough, Northampton, and surrounding areas. The role offers a salary of £27,840 plus a Company Van (which can be used for personal use), a fuel card with claimable rates in line with pump costs, and a tax-free expense allowance of £520 per annum.

Working Schedule

Working 40 hours each week — Monday through Friday (Saturday and Sunday rest days). The role allows some flexibility with start times. No scheduled Sunday work, except at Christmas when double time is paid. Some staying away from home is required.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and manage store contact relationships within major supermarkets such as Tesco, ASDA, and Morrisons.
• Use technology to maintain product availability and record execution in-store.
• Collect and deliver stock daily to ensure 100% product availability on shelves and compliance with store plans.
• Maintain store records including inventory.
• Support other brands within the McCormick family when required.

Candidate Profile

• Full UK driving license (essential)
• Right to work in the UK and a UK bank account
• Fluent in English
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
• Willingness to stay away from home when required (accommodation and meals covered)
• Positive, proactive approach to managing relationships and expectations in stores
