Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment? We are looking for an HR Business Partner to support our Operations and Supply Chain functions across two UK locations acting as the day-to-day HR lead and member of the Site Leadership Team at one site, and providing strategic oversight to a second site through a direct HRBP report partnering with leaders to drive people strategies, organizational effectiveness, and business performance.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with Operations and Supply Chain leaders across 2 sites (Haddenham, UK and Peterborough, UK) to align HR strategies with functional goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent management, employee development, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Coach and support managers in building high-performing teams.
