Responsibilities
- Define the WHAT and WHY of the product line strategy and portfolio roadmap by establishing a cohesive, multi-product vision that maximises value and aligns to enterprise priorities.
- Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to Product Managers, ensuring consistent execution against business expectations and sustainable, high-quality delivery practices.
- Own product line governance and portfolio health, actively managing prioritisation, sequencing, and cross-product dependencies while focusing on value realisation, flow, predictability, and risk management.
- Act as the primary product line subject matter expert (SME), clearly articulating the portfolio's value proposition, capabilities, and strategic intent to senior leadership and business stakeholders.
- Translate business strategy into an integrated, value-driven roadmap with aligned and complementary product strategies.
- Identify and assess new opportunities to increase business value, scalability, reuse, and customer impact across the domain.
- Represent the product organisation at the leadership level, advocating for funding, capacity, and organisational support while communicating portfolio performance, risks, and trade-offs.
- Maintain continuous professional development to stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
