The Commercial Finance Business Partner plays a critical role in driving growth and profitability for the UK Consumer business. Acting as a strategic partner to Commercial and Marketing teams, this role owns the Revenue P&L and provides actionable financial insights to support decision-making, margin enhancement, and sustainable business performance.
This position combines strong financial stewardship with proactive business partnering to influence commercial strategy, customer negotiations, pricing, promotional effectiveness, and new product development.
Responsibilities- Own the full Revenue P&L for the UK Consumer business, providing end-to-end financial oversight and insight.
- Partner closely with Commercial and Marketing teams to support decision-making through clear financial analysis and performance evaluation.
- Lead finance support for Joint Business Plan (JBP) negotiations, customer tenders.
