This is a unique opportunity to join McCormick at an exciting time and play a key role in the integration with Unilever Foods. We are looking for a Manager, Total Rewards Integration (APAC & EMEA) to act as a regional subject matter expert supporting Total Rewards integration activities across APAC and EMEA. In this role, you will partner with internal teams and external providers to support country-level analysis, integration planning, Day 1 readiness and implementation, as well as post-Day 1 harmonization.
You will help translate integration design decisions into practical implementation plans, readiness materials, communication inputs, risk tracking and follow-up actions, ensuring a smooth and well-coordinated integration experience across the region.
Main responsibilities:
- Support country-level Total Rewards integration analysis, including benefit reviews, side-by-side comparisons, recommendations and documentation of decisions.
- Create and maintain country-level inventories of Benefits and Total Rewards programs to support integration planning and harmonization.
- Develop Day 1 readiness materials, including country readiness packs, implementation plans, checklists, issue logs and communication inputs.
- Track decisions, risks, dependencies, actions, owners, timelines and escalation items to support effective governance and execution.
- Partner with Regional Total Rewards Leaders and stakeholders on updates to policies, handbooks, employee communications, vendor documentation and process materials.
- Coordinate Day 1 readiness and execution across people, systems, processes, data, payroll, vendors, communications and governance.
- Support post-Day 1 and post-EMA harmonization activities, including implementation plans for approved actions.
- Support country-level rollout of Compensation program changes, ensuring local readiness, stakeholder alignment, communication support and implementation tracking.
Candidate profile:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Progressive experience in Total Rewards, Benefits, Compensation or HR project delivery within a multinational organization.
- Experience working across multiple countries or regions, with understanding of local market practices, statutory requirements, benefits, payroll dependencies and governance considerations.
- Strong knowledge of country-level Benefits and Total Rewards programs, including plan reviews, vendor coordination, policy documentation and employee communications.
- Ability to translate integration decisions into practical readiness plans, implementation materials and follow-up actions.
- Experience supporting Compensation program rollouts, including local readiness, stakeholder alignment and implementation tracking.
- Strong project management skills, including workplans, trackers, decision logs, risk and issue logs, action plans and stakeholder updates.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills; prior M&A, integration or harmonization experience would be an advantage.
