The QA Technician is responsible for maintaining quality data and systems, conducting sampling and analytical testing, and supporting QA objectives to ensure compliance with company, customer, and regulatory standards.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES- Perform sampling and analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished products to verify quality compliance.
- Coordinate environmental and product samples for internal and external testing.
- Support investigations of non-conformances and customer complaints, implementing corrective actions.
- Maintain QA data systems (methods, calibrations, SAP) and ensure timely, accurate recordkeeping.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and uphold GLP, GMP, and H&S standards.
- HND in a relevant field or equivalent experience in a manufacturing QA/laboratory environment.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a scientific approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience in SAP (or similar systems) will be beneficial.
- Experience with Good Laboratory Practice and quality systems.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and drive improvement.
- Ability to work on a daily shift, Mon-Fri.
