Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment? We're looking for an HR Business Partner to support our Operations and Supply Chain functions across two UK locations acting as the day-to-day HR lead and member of the Site Leadership Team at one site, and providing strategic oversight to a second site through a direct HRBP report partnering with leaders to drive people strategies, organizational effectiveness, and business performance.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with Operations and Supply Chain leaders across 2 sites (Haddenham, UK and Peterborough, UK) to align HR strategies with functional goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent management, employee development, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Coach and support managers in building high-performing teams and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Manage and coach a two-person team.
- Lead and implement HR programs, policies, and initiatives across supported business areas.
- Drive organizational change, HR process improvements, and transformation projects from concept through execution.
- Support organizational design and restructuring initiatives while ensuring consistency and compliance across the business.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and act as a trusted advisor on people-related matters.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong and proven HR experience, which included partnering with business leaders and senior management.
- Experience working in Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Operations environment.
- Experience working in an FMCG environment is a big advantage.
- Previous direct or indirect leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of core HR disciplines, including talent management, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in complex, matrixed, and global organizations.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and change management capabilities.
- High level of business acumen, professionalism, and customer focus.
- Ability to occasionally travel between 2 McCormick sites; in Haddenham and Peterborough.
