An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our UK Marketing Team as Junior Brand Manager for our most iconic global condiments brands: French's Mustard, Frank's RedHot Hot Sauce and Cholula Hot Sauce. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, you will support the planning, execution, and performance of our UK brand strategy, helping to drive growth, build cultural relevance, and bring excitement and flavour for consumers with our beloved products. This is a fantastic role for someone passionate about FMCG marketing, hungry to learn, and excited to contribute to high-impact brand initiatives across partnerships, NPD, comms and commercial activity.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Strategy & Plans
- Support the development of long-term brand strategy and annual brand plans.
- Analyse brand and market performance, providing clear insights and recommendations to drive growth.
- Assist in building and delivering business presentations to internal stakeholders and partners.
- Contribute to seasonal activation and brand campaign planning, ensuring excellence in execution.
- NPD & Portfolio Management
- Work closely with the Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) Growth Platforms Team to support the development of a robust UK NPD pipeline.
- Assist in project-managing local NPD initiatives, collaborating cross-functionally with R&D, Graphics, Legal, Market Research, Production, Sales, and Finance.
- Support the product lifecycle and SKU performance tracking, ensuring portfolio health and identifying rationalisation opportunities.
- Comms/Activations and Partnerships
- Act as the Marketing lead working closely with the Partnerships Team to identify, develop and execute collaborative partnerships that drive new usage occasions and allow our condiment brands to expand into new categories and channels.
- Support the delivery of activation plans with partner brands, agencies and retailers to ensure campaigns land with excellence.
- Assist in go-to-market execution of NPD, annual campaigns and Food Service collaborations.
- Work with the Global Marketing team and Content teams to support media plans, digital content development and creative deployment across touchpoints (including social, digital, PPC and influencers).
- Commercial
- Collaborate with Sales, Category and Shopper Teams to support the development of customer-specific plans.
- Partner with Revenue Management on product and channel pricing input.
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Marketing or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in FMCG marketing - internship or assistant brand manager experience is a plus.
- Passionate about culture, food, and consumer behaviour.
- Analytical mindset to generate insights.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Collaborative team player who loves working cross-functionally.
- Proactive, positive attitude with a "can-do" spirit and willingness to roll up your sleeves.
