Overview
As Marketing & Insights Manager you will lead market analysis to guide EMEA Flavour Solutions growth, transforming data into actionable insights for commercial and R&D teams. You’ll drive customer-facing insights, support NPD and innovation, and manage cross-functional projects. You’ll present compelling stories from complex data to influence strategic decisions and partnerships. This role sits at the nexus of market data, trends, and customer needs, enabling sustainable growth across Savoury Snacks.
Responsibilities
- Lead data analysis for market assessment to steer growth strategy in the EMEA Savoury Snack market
- Transform complex datasets into clear, engaging insight stories aligned to customer needs
- Act as a centre of excellence for market trend analysis to inform commercial and R&D teams
- Proactively research F&B, flavours and ingredients trends to guide business direction
- Support development of customer innovation pipeline with actionable insights for sustainable NPDs
- Lead and present insights in customer meetings across EMEA
- Manage daily activities of projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI
- Plan and drive quarterly market data/insights reviews for internal and external stakeholders
Key requirements
- Experience in savoury snacks/insights/market research with exposure to marketing, innovation, and NPD
- Understanding of marketing and NPD in international contexts
- Knowledge of Custom Food & Beverage manufacturers, trends, and consumer drivers
- Familiarity with multiple market data sources and research agencies
- Creative problem solving in a dynamic multi-client environment
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills to communicate complex data
- Ability to engage diverse personalities and manage customer relationships
