Permanent, full-time role (Monday - Friday) providing both internal and external business exposure. Work in a friendly and supportive team environment within a global organisation. Annual pay reviews and bonus program in place (MIB).

We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated Customer Service Officer to join our team based at our Moorabbin Airport site, Victoria.

About You

The successful candidate will have worked in a similar role and be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Excellent communication both verbally and written
  • Ability to prioritize own workload
  • Able to work with customers, public and across all levels of business
  • Understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
  • SAP experience preferred

About The Role

Reporting to the Customer Service & Export Supervisor, this role will be responsible for processing customer orders, investigating order discrepancies, raising credit notes and maintaining the EDI.

Tasks may include but not be limited to:

  • Processing Customer Orders received via various platforms
  • Work with Demand and Warehouse teams to ensure stock availability
  • Investigate and process customer returns, credits and changes
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and Facebook
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
