Key technologies include SAP IBP, APO (SNP, DP, gATP), S/4 PP/DS, MM, EWM, TM, Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, and modern cloud-based application delivery. Critical capabilities include translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, managing complex global implementations, shaping technology roadmaps, driving agile delivery, and optimizing planning processes through strong governance, stakeholder management, and value-case development.

Responsibilities

  • Define the WHAT and WHY of the product line strategy and portfolio roadmap by establishing a cohesive, multi-product vision that maximises value and aligns to enterprise priorities.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to Product Managers, ensuring consistent execution against business expectations and sustainable, high-quality delivery practices.
  • Own product line governance and portfolio health, actively managing prioritisation, sequencing, and cross-product dependencies while focusing on value realisation, flow, predictability, and risk management.
  • Act as the primary product line subject matter expert (SME), clearly articulating the portfolio’s value proposition, capabilities, and strategic intent to senior leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Translate business strategy into an integrated, value-driven roadmap with aligned and complementary product strategies.
  • Identify and assess new opportunities to increase business value, scalability, reuse, and customer impact across the domain.
  • Represent the product organisation at the leadership level, advocating for funding, capacity, and organisational support while communicating portfolio performance, risks, and trade-offs.
  • Maintain continuous professional development to stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Candidate's Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in Agile methodologies (e.g., Agile Scrum) and tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
  • Demonstrated success delivering in complex, global ecosystems.
  • Experience managing complex global projects, processes, and systems.
  • Experience with modern cloud-based application delivery models.
  • Strong business acumen with experience in value case development.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all organisational levels.
