HR Business Partner - Qualité, Réglementation et R&D EMEA (h/f)
Mc Cormick & Company est à la recherche d’un(e) HR Business Partner pour soutenir nos fonctions Qualité, Réglementation et R&D sur l’ensemble de nos sites EMEA.
Des déplacements occasionnels vers les différents sites EMEA peuvent être requis.
- Mode hybride
- Être le partenaire des responsables Qualité, Réglementation et R&D à travers l’EMEA afin d’aligner les stratégies RH avec les objectifs fonctionnels.
- Fournir des conseils en matière de planification des effectifs, gestion des talents, développement des collaborateurs, gestion de la performance et engagement des employés.
- Accompagner et soutenir les managers dans la construction d’équipes performantes et la promotion d’une culture de travail positive.
- Piloter et mettre en œuvre les programmes, politiques et initiatives RH au sein des périmètres concernés.
- Conduire les projets de transformation organisationnelle, d’amélioration des processus RH et de changement, de la conception à la mise en œuvre.
- Soutenir les initiatives de conception organisationnelle et de restructuration tout en garantissant la cohérence et la conformité au sein de l’entreprise.
- Développer des relations solides avec les parties prenantes à tous les niveaux et agir en tant que conseiller(ère) de confiance sur les sujets liés aux collaborateurs.
- Diplôme de niveau Licence ou Master en Ressources Humaines, Commerce, Psychologie ou domaine connexe.
- Expérience RH solide et avérée, incluant un partenariat avec des responsables opérationnels et la direction senior.
- Expérience préalable en management direct ou indirect.
- Bonne compréhension des disciplines RH clés, notamment la gestion des talents, la gestion de la performance, l’engagement des employés et le développement organisationnel.
- Une expérience confirmée dans un environnement de travail culturellement diversifié serait fortement appréciée.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, influence et gestion des parties prenantes.
- Expérience au sein d’organisations complexes, matricielles et internationales.
- Solides compétences en gestion de projets, résolution de problèmes et conduite du changement.
- Fort sens des affaires, professionnalisme et orientation client.
