The predicted salary is between 50000 - 70000 £ per year.
This role will have ownership of Commercial Finance support for Custom Flavour Solutions, CFS, acting as the key finance business partner for the CFS commercial team. The role will also support the PepsiCo commercial team through budgeting, forecasting, weekly and monthly reporting, month-end close activities and ad hoc commercial analysis.
Responsibilities
- Owning the monthly and quarterly finance timetables, ensuring clear communication with commercial teams.
- Managing the month-end close process and generation of finance and commercial reports.
- Leading slow-moving and obsolete stock (SLOB) reporting and analysis.
- Supporting commercial costings for products.
- Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process, including relevant reporting and analysis.
- Supporting the annual pricing process for Custom Flavour Solutions.
- Acting as a key business partner for the Custom Flavour Solutions commercial team.
- Providing support to, and acting as backup for, the Commercial Finance Director, PepsiCo/CFS, when required.
- Completing other relevant duties as required.
Candidates Profile
- Fully or partially qualified ACCA, CIMA or ACA status.
- Experience in commercial finance, financial analysis, reporting, budgeting or forecasting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.
- Good reporting and presentation skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and build strong working relationships.
- A proactive, detail-oriented and accountable approach to work.
- Experience in the FMCG industry.
- Experience working with commercial, sales, supply chain or pricing teams.
- Knowledge of product costing, margin analysis, pricing or SLOB reporting.
- Experience working in a matrix or multinational environment.
