Schwartz is currently looking for a full‑time Field Support Merchandiser to cover Dundee, Perth, St. Andrews, and Dunfermline. Working 40 hrs each week Monday‑Saturday (Wednesday off). Flexible start time. No Sunday work scheduled, except during Christmas where double time is paid. Requires staying away from home – working away days are Monday‑Friday.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage store contact relationships within major supermarkets such as Tesco, ASDA, and Morrisons.
- Use technology to maintain availability and record great execution in store.
- Collect and deliver stock to stores each day to ensure 100% availability of product on shelf and compliance with store plans.
- Take full responsibility for maintaining store records, including inventory.
- Provide support for other brands in the McCormick family when required.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- Right to work in the UK and a UK bank account.
- Ability to work unsupervised and manage time to meet deadlines.
- Prepared to stay away from home when required (accommodation and meal expenses covered).
- Positive, can‑do approach to managing relationships and expectations in stores.
- Enjoy being out on the road and working independently.
- Work as part of a wider team, sharing ideas and good practice to drive business success.

WHAT WE OFFER
- Base salary: £27,840 per annum.
