MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of global processes, including documentation, training, testing, and controls.
- Support the execution of the workstream roadmap by identifying and driving process improvements across the end-to-end Supply Chain, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build subject matter expertise and act as a business lead for training initiatives, supporting global projects and cross-functional improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to implement process enhancements, support change management activities, and balance cost, risk, and business impact.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Degree in a relevant field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Solid experience in business process, supply chain, or related operational roles.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and constructively challenge decisions at different leadership levels.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
- Experience working in cross-functional, collaborative environments.
- Proven track record of leading projects and coordinating people to deliver results on time.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and experience working with integrated systems and data reporting.
- Experience with SAP (including exposure to S/4HANA or similar ERP systems is an advantage).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, change-driven environment.
