Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Managed Convenience – Current: Co-Op/Spar. Unify current accounts managed as part of Grocery verticals into central Convenience team.
- Managed Convenience – Future: BRP/Spar. Inhouse business currently managed by Distributor (BRP/Spar Condiments). Set up BRP as a direct customer for HSS, RM, Condiments.
- Wholesale RTM – Future: Booker/Bestway. Inhouse business currently managed by Distributor (Bestway). Set up Booker and Bestway as direct customers.
- Independents – Future: Define future fit for purpose RTM into Independent channel.
- Win New Business – Future. Expand Managed and Wholesale account base beyond current.
- Set up new Distributor. Define line between Direct and Distributor models based on scale and complexity to serve. Identify and appoint appropriate distributor to manage this business.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or MBA
- Convenience channel experience
- Full P&L ownership
- Ability to manage 2 NAMs
- Coaching and team development skills
- Influence cross-functional priorities
- Adaptive communication style, from analyst through to Director
- Level-headed and diplomatic through adversity
